With more than 15 years of leadership experience across financial services, operations, and strategic partnerships, Melissa brings an extensive and client-centered approach to financial strategies. Currently serving as a Financial Services Professional in the Greater Colorado Springs Area, Melissa provides integrated financial guidance focused on protection, security, and long-term growth. Her work includes developing integrated strategies encompassing tax advantaged solutions, asset strategies, and legacy planning, tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, families, and businesses.

Prior to her current financial role, Melissa advanced through leadership positions within the financial services industry, including Partner and Associate Partner roles, where she focused on recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing professionals. Her expertise in talent development, strategic growth, and prudent expansion reflects a commitment to building strong teams capable of delivering innovative and effective financial solutions.

Her earlier career includes serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, with a Mergers and Acquisitions firm, where she guided professionals through complex business transitions, helping them structure partnerships, buy-outs, and succession plans aligned with their long-term goals. She also spent eight years as Director of Operations overseeing multiple business entities, where she honed her skills in operational leadership, financial oversight, and organizational strategy.

She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Business from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to her professional work, she is deeply committed to community service, serving as a Volunteer Supervisor with Marian House Soup Kitchen since 2011 and previously as a board member for REACH Pikes Peak amongst other service.
